REGLAS DE LA BUJINKAN-RULES OF THE BUJINKAN




LAS REGLAS DE LA BUJINKAN

1) Nuestro propósito es vivir una vida sana, sin hacer daño a la sociedad, mediante el cultivo de las relaciones mutuas entre la naturaleza y la humanidad a través de los caminos marciales.

2) Todos los miembros deben poseer la tarjeta de socio vigente para el año, expedida por el Honbu Dojo (Japón). Hay dos tipos de tarjetas de socios:

a- Tarjeta de Socio General: se aplica a todos los miembros de la Bujinkan Dojo.
b- Tarjeta de la Shidoshikai: se aplica a:

Aquellos que poseen grados de 1º Dan a 4º Dan, ambos inclusives y que posean autorización directa de Japón para impartir la enseñanza y que se denominan Shidoshi ho.
Aquellos que posean grados desde 5º Dan en adelante y que se denominan Shidoshi.

3) Diplomas de Grados: Los diplomas de grados deben ser expedidos por el Soke Masaaki Hatsumi. Se expiden diplomas desde el grado Kyu hasta los grados de 10º Dan.

4) Autorizaciones de Enseñanza: Los instructores que impartan clases deben poseer una autorización por escrito del Soke Masaaki Hatsumi para poder desarrollar dicha labor. Existen dos tipos de autorizaciones de enseñanza:
a- Autorización de Shidoshi ho: desde 1º Dan hasta 4º Dan.
b- Autorización de Shidoshi: desde 5º Dan en adelante.

5) Validez de Carnets y Diplomas: Sólo serán reconocidas como válidas las tarjetas de socios y diplomas expedidos por la Bujinkan Honbu Dojo (Soke Masaaki Hatsumi). Las personas que incumplan este principio serán expulsadas de la Bujinkan Dojo. Además, las personas que quebrantan la ley y las personas con problemas mentales no pueden ser miembros.

6) El símbolo BUJIN es Copyright (protegido por la ley) y reservados todos los derechos de reproducción y uso en el mundo entero. Si se quiere disponer del símbolo, se debe pedir autorización al Honbu Dojo en Japón primeramente. En España es marca registrada con título de concesión Nº 1783481, por lo cual todo aquél que desee usar el anagrama y nombre Bujinkan Dojo debe solicitar previamente autorización al Honbu Dojo en Japón.

7) Bufu Ikkan: Los miembros deben seguir el Bufu Ikkan (los caminos marciales como un principio de vida) para proteger la justicia y la felicidad a través de los caminos marciales sin orientarse hacia las ganancias y deseos personales.

THE RULES OF THE BUJINKAN

1) Our purpose is to live a healthy life, without harming society, by cultivating the mutual relations between nature and humanity through the martial ways.

2) All members must have the valid membership card for the year, issued by Honbu Dojo (Japan). There are two types of membership cards:

A- General Partner Card: applies to all members of the Bujinkan Dojo.
B- Shidoshikai Card: applies to:
Those who have degrees from 1st Dan to 4th Dan, both inclusives and who have direct authorization from Japan to teach and are called Shidoshi ho.
Those who hold degrees from 5th Dan onwards and who are called Shidoshi.

3) Degrees of Degrees: Degrees of Degrees must be issued by Soke Masaaki Hatsumi. Diplomas are awarded from the Kyu degree to the 10th Dan degrees.

4) Teaching Authorizations: Instructors who teach classes must have written authorization from Soke Masaaki Hatsumi in order to carry out this work. There are two types of teaching authorizations:
A- Authorization of Shidoshi ho: from 1st Dan to 4th Dan.
B- Authorization of Shidoshi: from 5th Dan onwards.

5) Validity of Carnets and Diplomas: Only the membership cards and diplomas issued by Bujinkan Honbu Dojo (Soke Masaaki Hatsumi) will be recognized as valid. People who violate this principle will be expelled from the Bujinkan Dojo. In addition, people who break the law and people with mental problems can not be members.

6) The BUJIN symbol is Copyright (protected by law) and reserved all rights of reproduction and use worldwide. If the symbol is to be available, the Honbu Dojo must first be authorized in Japan. In Spain it is registered trademark with title of concession Nº 1783481, reason why anyone who wishes to use the anagram and name Bujinkan Dojo must request prior authorization to the Honbu Dojo in Japan.


7) Bufu Ikkan: Members should follow Bufu Ikkan (martial ways as a principle of life) to protect justice and happiness through martial ways without orienting themselves to personal gains and desires.
